CrossFit Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 Box Jumps, 24″
20 Push Presses, 115lbs Bar Dips, red band
30 Pull-ups 15 Chin-Ups, partial ROM (1/4 bent arm mini-kipped to top, drop off top)

2 rounds + 12 pull-ups. Ugh. Severely limited by ongoing shoulder nonsense here. Decided push presses would be chancy at best, so subbed bar dips which don’t hurt for some reason. Did a strange little mini-kip on the…
