Day Eleven.

Breakfast (8:30am)

12oz black coffee
16oz smoothie:
 - 1/3 banana
 - 4 strawberries
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/4c coconut milk
 - 2 tbsp shredded coconut
 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder mostly to make the whole thing look less disgusting ;) 

Brunch (11:30am)

8oz iced coffee with heavy cream
7oz greek yogurt with 10 almonds, 5 strawberries

Lunch (4pm)

5 slices deli turkey with guacamole, lettuce
1c cottage cheese
1 peach
8oz iced coffee with heavy cream 

Dinner (8:30pm)

10 slices deli turkey with guacamole
5 strawberries with ~2tbsp almond butter
