indeterminate amounts of mayo+mustard
~2 tbsp bacon marmalade
12oz coffee with heavy cream 

Snack (4pm)

2 hardboiled eggs
3 slices roast beef 
3 lettuce leaves 
indeterminate amounts of mayo+mustard 

Dinner (10pm)

Asian chicken salad with avocado and bacon
1c frozen blueberries with ~1/3c coconut milk, 2tbsp almond butter, a few raisins.
